Why are pages of the portal not loading?
If certain areas of the portal are not loading, like patient profiles or content pages, please try the following:
- Sign out of the portal
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+R (Windows) or CMD+SHIFT+R (Mac) on your keyboard
- Sign back in
This performs a hard refresh in your browser and helps to reset your session in the portal.
