Why are pages of the portal not loading?

If certain areas of the portal are not loading, like patient profiles or content pages, please try the following:

  1. Sign out of the portal
  2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+R (Windows) or CMD+SHIFT+R (Mac) on your keyboard
  3. Sign back in

This performs a hard refresh in your browser and helps to reset your session in the portal.

NB: The portal has been developed to work best using the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser. Salve won't work reliably if you use a different browser, such as internet Explorer or Safari.
