How do I check what medications and appointments a patient can see in their app?

  1. In the Salve Clinic Portal, search for the patient you want to check
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of their profile to view their treatment calendar
  3. From here, you'll be able to see medications (pink dots), appointments (purple dots), and video calls (green dots) the patient has in their app
  4. If you click on an individual date in the calendar, you'll be able to see that day in more detail. The calendar defaults to today
