What are the green chips on some conversations? (IDEAS clinics)

⚠️ Please note this feature currently only applies to IDEAS-using clinics.

If and when a patient has been assigned staff members to their treatment plan in IDEAS, these names will populate as green chips on conversations in your inboxes.

Filtering

You can filter by patient team members by clicking on the filter icon in the search bar, clicking on Patient's team, then selecting the member(s) you want to see conversations for.

If you would like to clear the patient's team filter, click on the chip and select Clear all. To clear a message status filter click on the X in the chip.
