What happens when a requested donor is no longer available
Important: This feature is currently only available to Care Fertility patients.
If for some reason a donor recipient submits interest in a donor that is no longer available, they will receive a push notification to inform them of this.
When the donor recipient naviagtes to the donor egg bank they will see a pop-up telling them that the selected donor is no longer available, with a Resume search button for them to tap on to take them back to browsing the list of available donors.
Tapping on the Resume search button will revert the donor recipient's status in CEB to Awaiting match (online)
