Sending bundles to patients in CIS
In order to send a bundle to a patient, you will first need to select the patient in the Demographics section
Then click on the ( i ) button next to the patient information to bring up the patient modal
To bring up the bundle wizard, you will need to click on the CREATE/SEND DOCUMENTS TO PATIENT option
You will then go through the bundle wizard by selecting a type:
Before then selecting a template (bundle):
Once a template has been selected and you have clicked the Next button to be taken through to the Add Documents tab, you can check the checkboxes next to any additional documents that you would like to send to the patient:
You can also add DocMan documents to be sent to the selected patient by checking the checkbox next to any relevant documents
You will then be able to add any additional forms that have not been included in the original bundle
The final tab in the wizard shows a summary of what the bundle contains, along with a message that will be sent to the patient, which can be edited.
From this screen you will also be able to add in a subject line to the message for your internal use and reference, as well as choosing the message folder you would like the message to be sent from.
You will also be able to remove any forms, documents or letters that aren’t relevant for the patient.
When you are happy with what is being sent to the patient, simply click on the Send Documents button to publish the bundle to the patient’s Salve account.
Once you have clicked on the Send Documents button in the bundle wizard, any documents or letters that were included in the bundle can be found by the patient in the Documents section of their Salve account (across both the mobile app and patient web portal).
Any forms that were included in the bundle will be sent for patients to view in the Forms section of the app and patient web portal.
Furthermore, the message entered within the wizard will appear as a new conversation for patients to read in the Messages section of the mobie app.
