Lab results and how they're added to and removed from a patient's account

Please note that this feature is only available at some IDEAS and Centricity-based clinics.

How patients view their results

When lab results are released or signed off in your EMR, they will sync to Salve within a few minutes (up to 10 minutes).

Once Salve has synced the results, patients will be able to view them in the mobile app by going to δΈ‰ > Lab results:

In the clinic portal, you can confirm the released results are visible to the patient by visiting their profile, then clicking on Lab results:

Removing results from Salve

If you remove sign-off from a result in your EMR, this will un-sync the result from Salve within a few minutes. Once un-synced, they will no longer be visible in the clinic portal or mobile app.
