What happens when I unlink a patient and their partner in the EMR?

When a patient and partner are unlinked in your clinic's EMR, as far as Salve is concerned they will become completely separate accounts unrelated to one another.

Treatment information sharing with a partner is an option for the patient in their app. If they have it turned on in their preferences, the following will happen:

In the partner's Salve app:

• Their partner's (the patient's) medications will no longer be visible
• Their partner's (the patient's) appointments will no longer be visible
• They will still be able to chat with the clinic
• They will still be able to view any documents the clinic might have sent them
• They will still be able to receive documents from the clinic

If the partner is also undergoing treatment at the same time it will be the same as above, but additionally:

• Their own medications will still be visible
• Their medications will no longer be visible to their unlinked partner
• Their own appointments will still be visible
• Their appointments will no longer be visible to their unlinked partner
