How do I set up message templates?

Messages can be created and edited from the admin panel in your portal:

Creating a new message template

  1. Click New Template in the top-right corner
  2. Give your template a name
  3. Write out the template content
    1. If there some editable elements to the message, like the sender's name, you can put these in [brackets] or something similar to show they need to be edited before sending
  4. Click Save
  5. All done! You can view your new template in the templates list on the main screen

Editing a message template

  1. Open an existing template
  2. Make any required changes to the template name or content
  3. Click Save Template

Deleting a message template

  1. Open an existing template
  2. Click the Delete button
  3. Confirm deletion in the popup
