How do I respond to an existing conversation?

1. Go to the Messages screen in the Salve Portal
2. Click on the conversation you want to respond to
3. Type your message, then click Send

Once your message has been seen by the patient, you'll see a little tick at the bottom of the chat bubble telling you when they saw it.
