How do I check patient messages?
Right after logging in, your Dashboard will show all unresolved messages by type in the left-hand panel.
You can click on any of the message folder names to check the messages of that type. Alternatively, click on Messages in the portal's sidebar menu. To the left of the new screen, you will see the messages navigation column where all messages are grouped by type.
By default, All Unresolved is the active message selection (highlighted with a light purple background).
To select and check another message type you can click on any item in the message navigation column.
