How do I turn off/on SIDE recipes and actions?
This feature requires admin permissions
Please note that if you mark a SIDE recipe as Inactive, its associated actions/messages will no longer be sent to qualifying patients. Conversely, when a recipe is marked as Active, all its associated actions/messages will be live and sent to qualifying patients.
To turn off SIDE recipes and their associated actions:
- navigate to the Admin section of the portal
- click on SIDE menu option
- select the relevant SIDE recipe
- click on Settings bar to expand the settings panel
- click on the Status dropdown
- click on Active to turn on a SIDE recipe
- click on Inactive to turn off a SIDE recipe
- click Save
