How to invite/uninvite a partner to a video call
Important: Please note that it will take 5-10 minutes for the call to show in the partner's app after inviting, so please try to do this in advance of the call where possible. This same timeframe also applies to uninviting partners from calls.
How to invite a partner to a video call
- Hover over the patient's call in your Salve portal and you'll see 3 dots appear on the right
- Click on the three dots, then click Invite partner
- Confirm in the pop-up modal that you'd like to invite the partner
A notification will show on the portal saying the invitation has been successful, and a two-person icon will be added next to the patient's name on the call in the list to indicate that a partner has been invited:
How to uninvite a partner from a video call
- Hover over the patient's call in your Salve portal and you'll see 3 dots appear on the right
- Click on the three dots, then click Uninvite partner
- Confirm in the pop-up modal that you'd like to uninvite the partner
- A notification will show on the portal saying the invitation has been successfully rescinded, and the two-person icon will have been removed from next to the patient's name on the call in the list
