How to mark an appointment type for conversion to video call

This feature requires admin permissions and is only relevant for clinics with the video call feature turned on.

Salve can automatically convert to video call appointments booked in your EMR. You just need to turn the setting on. All appointments of that type will be converted to video calls, so please make sure you pick an appointment type that will be used exclusively for Salve video calls.


In your portal's admin panel, click on the appointment type you want to be marked for conversion to video call, set the Convert to video call setting to Yes, and then click Save.

Appointments of the type you choose will be converted to video calls only if they've been booked after you turn on the setting. If there are appointments you want to sync as video calls that were booked before you turned on the setting, please contact us at as we'll need to back-sync these manually.
