About Packs

A pack is a collection of related content (information) you can send to a patient all in one go.

For example, welcome information such as the clinic's location, team member profiles, working hours, pricing list and contact information could all be grouped into a "welcome pack" of content and sent conveniently to a patient's app with a single click.

Here are other packs your clinic might find useful, depending on the types of patients you see:

These are just some examples of typical use. Content packs are infinitely customisable and can contain whatever is most useful to your clinic.
