Sending clinic portal users new temporary passwords

Important: To view this section and perform actions you will need to be granted User Admin permissions. If you need this, please ask a member of your clinic's management to make a request on your behalf to hello@salveapp.co.uk

If a staff member's temporary password expires before they can use it, you can send them a new one from the Users section of the admin panel.

Next to the relevant staff member, click on the 3-dot icon next to their information to view the menu option Resend new temporary password.

Clicking on Resend new temporary password will bring up the Send new temporary password modal where you will need to confirm your action.

Click on the Send button and a new temporary password will be sent to the staff member's email address.
