The Messages feature of Salve allows you and your patients to contact each other more efficiently and discreetly.
Patients receive messages from the clinic via the Salve app on their phone - a lot like WhatsApp.
When a patient or clinic starts a conversation in Salve, they choose a message type/folder so it can be dealt with by the most relevant team.
Messages also has these features for use by clinics:
- Mark as resolved - to help you concentrate on any outstanding queries
- Move messages between different folders/teams when the query type changes
- Copy a conversation's message history to be pasted elsewhere (e.g. the patient's notes, an email, etc.)
