How do I redirect a patient's enquiry to another team?

If a message arrives labelled with the wrong message type or another team is in a better position to respond to the enquiry, the label can be changed manually to that of another team:

  1. Click on the Actions button on the top right corner above the opened message.
  2. Click on Move Message To, so that the list of possible destinations appears.
  3. Select the preferred folder from the list. A confirmation message - Message moved - will appear in the bottom left corner.
