How do I redirect a patient's enquiry to another team?
If a message arrives labelled with the wrong message type or another team is in a better position to respond to the enquiry, the label can be changed manually to that of another team:
- Click on the Actions button on the top right corner above the opened message.
- Click on Move, so that the list of possible destinations appears.
- Select the preferred folder from the list. A confirmation message - Message moved - will appear in the bottom left corner.
