How do I make a copy of a patient's message history?

To copy the chat history of a conversation:

1. Open the conversation you'd like to copy
2. Click on the Actions button in the top right corner
3. Click on Copy message history. The message history will now be copied to your computer's clipboard.
4. You can now paste this conversation history into your destination of choice - such as patient notes in the EMR, an email, a Word document, etc.
