How do I mark a conversation as resolved or unresolved?
All new messages are automatically marked as unresolved until clinic staff manually mark it as resolved.
Once a conversation has reached its conclusion, you can mark it as resolved and move it out of the active enquiry folders using the following steps:
- Click on the Actions button on the top-right corner of the opened message.
- Click on Mark as Resolved from the list of possible actions.
- The conversation will now be moved into the All Resolved folder
To mark a conversation as unresolved, follow the same steps as above but click on "Mark Unresolved" instead.
Additionally, if you or a patient reply to a resolved conversation it will automatically be marked as unresolved and moved into its original active folder.
