How do I mark a conversation as resolved or unresolved?

All new messages are automatically marked as unresolved until clinic staff manually mark it as resolved.

Once a conversation has reached its conclusion, you can mark it as resolved and move it out of the active enquiry folders using the following steps:

  1. Click on the Actions button on the top-right corner of the opened message.
  2. Click on Mark as Resolved from the list of possible actions.
  3. The conversation will now be moved into the All Resolved folder

To mark a conversation as unresolved, follow the same steps as above but click on "Mark Unresolved" instead. 

Additionally, if you or a patient reply to a resolved conversation it will automatically be marked as unresolved and moved into its original active folder.
